Brimsdown Preschool – For Two-Year-Olds
We are delighted to welcome two-year-olds into our new preschool. We offer 15 and 30 hour funding for eligible families, as well as paid places.
Morning Session: 8.30am – 11.30am
Afternoon Session: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
All Day: 8.30am – 3.30pm

We welcome 60 children into our school nursery each year and we offer 30 hours funded places for eligible families. Children can start in our nursery the September after they turn three.
Morning Nursery: 8.30am – 11.30am
Afternoon Nursery: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
All Day: 8.30am – 3.30pm
(Please note that there is a charge for the Friday afternoon session when accessing 30 hours).
You can apply for a nursery place at Brimsdown via Enfield Council. The main application period is October to January for a child starting the following September. However, we sometimes have in-year places available at other times throughout the year. Please get in touch if you’re interested in finding out more about this.
We do not provide breakfast or after school club to Nursery and Preschool children.

Leaders have high expectations of pupil’s behaviour. Very strong habits for learning are taught from the very start. In Nursery and Reception, children benefit from clear routines and regular reminders. Children in the early years play and learn together very well, taking turns, sharing, and listening to instructions. These strong habits for learning continue as pupils get older.
